PraiseVoice Shop or  PV  E-shop for electronic  Shop is Part of PraiseVoice Online Service. It is the section that allows visitos worldwide to buy music and other resources that may or will be available today or in a near Future.

This document is intended  to explain exactly how the Shop works, its main features and advantages, as well as procedures.

LISTING ALBUMS

To insure customer satisfaction and emphasize good customer relations, PraiseVoice has new policies effective August 15th, 2008. The first one deals with listing Albums at the PraiseVoice E-shop.
In the past two years, we allowed certain artists to ship CD’s directly to customers from different distributors who may be in Canada or not. This resulted in a lot of orders that ended up mishandled because some of these artists are based in countries where postal services are not fast enough or nonexistent altogether, which in return caused unease among many customers.

The new policy to list Albums at PraiseVoice is that all albums listed in our Shopping Cart are available for delivery the next business day in Canada. This insures fast delivery and allows PraiseVoice  to provide a delivery guarantee within 2 weeks period at the most, in North America (US, Canada, Mexico) , Europe , Some Asian countries, and 2-3  weeks delivery in Most African countries, Caribbeans and South America. Even though we can guarantee delivery within 2-3 weeks at most, some restrictions may apply depending on the country or territory. For a list of exceptions, follow this link.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
PraiseVoice payment method is simple and straightforward. Our Shopping cart is is entirely paypal based. This has both consistency and security advantages. All payment are made to PRAISEVOICE ONLINE SERVICES via securely encrypted connections using Paypal servers. At PraiseVoice we don’t store your information such as banking details, credit cards or any other sensitive data pertaining to your personnal banking.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATION

  • Refunds.

    Does PraiseVoice issue  refunds? The simple answer is  YES.

    What is the policy?
    We understand for some reason you may want to cancel an order at PraiseVoice. The following are the guidelines to cancel any order.

    1. Any order can be canceled within 36 hours it was placed or before a shipping email with shipping confirmation details has been issued. That is, as long as you haven’t received a confirmation email that your CD has been shipped (For instance on long weekends when either or both monday or/and Friday is/are a holiday) you can still cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order if its corresponding item has been shipped.
    2. Once your order has been canceled as described above you are entitled to a full refund immediately.

    For Downloadable items such as music clips sold as downloads, we do not offer any refund, except if the link is indeed broken for all customers.

    Returns.

    If you receive a defective item from PraiseVoice or you get the wrong item you ordered, you can return it for a n exchange of exact amount. Below are the two scenarios:

    1. You order an item and it’s defective.
      In that case, you simply send it back to the PraiseVoice and another item is sent to you the next business day. Only if the originally ordered item is no longer available, are you entitled to receive a monetary refund from PraiseVoice. If you choose to order another  item instead, your credit will be applied for the full value or the second order, and you pay  the difference or get a credit for the remaining amount. For example, if you order CD “A” that costs 15$, and you have  to return it because it was  defective and order  CD “B” that costs 10$, in that case you get a credit from PraiseVoice of 5$. If the situation were reversed, you would pay $5 the second time.
    2. If you order an item from PraiseVoice and you get the wrong one, the simple policy is that you get a full refund for the product and we send you the right one!

COMPLAINTS

Under certain circumstances, a user/visitor may have a complaint regarding a product or our way of doing business. In case this happened, don’t hesitate to contact us. Make sure you choose the right reason for  your complaint.

NB: This public  document is bound to chance time after time to accomodate new developments as PraiseVoice matures. We reserve the full right to change the content of this document in a way that enhances PraiseVoice as a ministry, business and a service; at the discretion on management.
