History.

Praisevoice.com is nothing else but a website deidicated to promoting Praise and Worship music of te world, especially from Africa. The idea was born in the summer of 2005 when Janvier Manishimwe – founder and manager of Praisevoice- travelled to Africa and realized the great potential of African musicians and the unfortunately small exposure to the world they have. This inspired him to start the challenging task to create such a site. It took a few days to put the website up. It has been drowing ever since, going through various transformations to suit the ever growing need of our service.

Services.

PraiseVoice has awide range of service and others are still under development. These services are the very reason for the existance of this website. All our service are around Praise and Worship music and promoting artists. These services are divided in three main categories:

• Live Radio and Ondemand Music
• E-shop and Artist promotion
• Media development

Each of these services is independent of the other, but the purpose for them all is the same: To promote music and musicians who have Gospel music as their first priority.

>>Praisevoice Radio:

Praisevoice Radio  “Voix de lounage” in French, is mainly intended to share sweet gospel tunes with the world. On the radio we broadcast songs from Rwanda, Burundi, Congo, Uganda, South Africa, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Tanzania, France, UK, USA, Australia, and many more countries. The idea is that all nations, all languages, all nationalities praise God in a way or another. So, Praisevoice was created with the idea to reach all these people in the so many languages!

>> PraiseVoice Shop

Praisevoice Shop is the second most important service of our website. It consists of selling Music CD and/Or Video Albums to those who are interested in keeping a hard copy of the album. This service was introduced to help musicians by increasing sales for their music, therefore encouraging them in their struggle to produce more albums. Effective September 1st 2008, this service happens in three phases. The procedure CD and Videos follow from artist to PraiseVoice and finally to the user is well elaborated.
